What to Expect
Together we will review your history, consider what worked for you in the past, as well as what hasn’t. We’ll discuss your goals and co-create a health plan based on your specific needs, intentions, lifestyles and the key: your daily habits. Because success in life, and in health, depends on what we do daily.
A minimum of six sessions will be offered within a three-month period allowing one to make significant changes within that time period. As your wellness coach, I will be with you throughout your journey and help you keep on track by identifying the sources of support that will make your changes last with encouragement every step of the way.
